Pricing Structure

• ▶ Free Tier: Always-free hosting with domain and SSL. No payment required.
• ▶ Deployment Package: $44 one-time for setup assistance (optional)
• ▶ Maintenance Package: $193/year ($16/month equivalent) for ongoing support (optional)
• ▶ No Hidden Fees: The stated price includes all services
• ▶ Annual Billing: Maintenance billed once per year, 30 days before renewal

We will notify you at least 30 days before your free period ends or before any renewal.

Cancellation & Refunds

• ✓ Cancel anytime during your free year with no obligation
• ✓ Cancel within 30 days of paid renewal for full refund
• ✓ Domain transfers available upon cancellation
• ✓ We'll help export your data and assist with migration

Your Responsibilities

As a Helionyx Commons client, you agree to:

• ▶ Not use services for illegal activities or prohibited content
• ▶ Maintain secure passwords for any accounts we provide
• ▶ Respond to renewal notices and keep payment information current

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable service:

• ▶ We are not liable for damages exceeding the amount paid for services
• ▶ We are not responsible for third-party service outages (domain registrars, CDNs)
• ▶ Backup responsibility is shared—we maintain backups but recommend keeping your own
